Finding Your Red Thread

There are moments in life when what once felt right no longer does. A relationship may have ended, a career may be changing, retirement may be approaching, or life may simply have taken an unexpected turn. In times of transition, we can lose our sense of direction and, with it, our trust in ourselves.

Finding clarity in times of change

My work is about accompanying people through these moments of change. As a Gestalt therapist and art historian, I offer a space in which you can pause, listen to yourself and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Together, we can explore what is moving you, what may be holding you back, and what you need in order to regain confidence in yourself and make a decision that feels sustainable and right for you.

Art, Mythology & Symbols

I believe that art, mythology and symbols can play a powerful role in this process. They can touch something within us and create a resonance before we are able to find words for it. A work of art, an ancient story or a symbol can sometimes open a door to an inner experience, a feeling or a knowing that has been waiting to be discovered. Once discovered we start talking about it and in the process of finding the right words to describe what we feel we become aware of the beliefs, behavioral patterns, emotions and projections which run our lives. The awareness and knowledge is the first step to make the changes and to overcome crisis.

Following your own red thread

My aim is to support you in finding greater clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of joy in your life — so that you can once again hold your own red thread in your hands and trust its guidance as you take the next steps on your journey.

A space to discover your own answers

My role is not to tell you which path to take. It is to prepare and hold a space in which you can discover your own answers. Drawing on my experience as both a Gestalt therapist and an art historian, I bring together psychological exploration, reflection and encounters with art, mythology and symbols to create opportunities for new perspectives and deeper self-understanding.
